We believe that “Helping Poor Children's Education “goes beyond philanthropy and CSR.
We believe that every child has right to educate, as education can be the catalyst needed to pull families and communities out of the cycle of poverty.
We believe that education is the single most powerful intervention for transforming lives. Knowledge and skills impact not only earnings, but self-esteem; not only the standard of living, but how life is lived.
- HReXO aim to support to more than 1000 Nos underprivileged kids every year
- HReXO aim to integrate at least 50 industry leader / Technocrats every year with brilliant students coming from economically weak society to share their knowledge to uplift them
- HReXO aim to integrate corporates with brilliant mind comes from economically weak society for further sponsoring the education and research
Mission 10K-
The program seeks to improve engineering education through faculty capacity development . HReXO skill development programs also provide Growing Importance of Upskilling and Reskilling in the IT/Tech job
We are all acutely aware that technology is moving faster than ever, so fast, we cannot learn it as quickly as it evolves. At the same time, there are not enough people with the right skills to fill the jobs that drive innovation. One of the main problems
we see is lack of accessibility and affordability in current education models
Thus, we want to bridge this gap by creating opportunity through technology skill development and create skilled resource pool available in market, whereas it will be win- win situation for candidates and organizations. To do this, we need a holistic
solution that cannot be solved by just opening a training center alone.
HReXO will have an integrated approach for skill development by connecting educational institute with Technocrats and upskilling them as per current market demands
